ENGINE 1243
Whether headed to a structure fire, wildland fire or vehicle extrication, Engine 1243 is the primary workhorse responding out of Station #1 for the Big Sky Fire Department. Custom built in 2018, this Pierce Velocity hosts a 1,500 gallon per minute pump and a 1,000 gallon water tank. In addition to the above mentioned equipment the engine carries swift water rescue and ice water rescue equipment depending on the current season.
